About Burger Boyz

Who we are

We are two schoolmates, Jack & Marcin with an equal passion for food (especially stuffing our faces). We’re not just a big name in South Wales; competitive eaters from around the world, like Randy Sental, travel to our Burger Boyz Hub in Port Talbot to take on “The Norris” challenge. We’ve even cooked up the UK’s BIGGEST BURGER, weighing in at a whopping 5.5kg!

Background

Grafters by nature, whilst we both worked full-time jobs in the engineering industry, we had a completely random idea and decided to buy a burger truck…the next day.

Despite never stepping foot in a commercial kitchen before. To say we winged it…would be an understatement.

After starting out on our food truck, we struggled for a permanent location. Within a few weeks we’d already outgrown the van and we will always be greatful to Ann and Jackie who gave us the opportunity to take over a local pub’s kitchen, in the Red Lion pub in Port Talbot.

The real breakthrough for Burger Boyz was our first permanent home in Newport Market. As soon as our spot here was confirmed, we quit our full-time jobs, to completely focus on something we truly believed in. We are now in a position to grow even more with Burger Boyz in Swansea Albert Hall!

What we do

At Burger Boyz, we pride ourselves on having a small menu to be able to focus on the quality of our food made from scratch daily and grilled to order. We offer seven unique burgers in addition to our flagship burgers, invented on our first truck the “Chuck Norris” and “Angry Chuck.” Alongside the standard Burger Boyz menu, we offer specials.

  • Flagship Burgers: The iconic “Chuck Norris” and “Angry Chuck.”
  • Loaded Fries: Topped with a range of fresh and delicious ingredients.
  • Sides and Dips: Fresh and flavourful pairings for our main dishes.
